Catherine “Cathey” Kuo

Cathey Kuo is a Las Vegas commercial real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience advising business owners and investors on strategic real estate decisions. As founder of Elite Commercial Real Estate, she brings a perspective informed by brokerage, property ownership, investing, and business leadership.

Her interest in real estate began through her family’s residential investments, which later expanded into commercial properties. After earning her BBA in Real Estate from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, she began her commercial real estate career in 2011 through CBRE’s selective Wheel Program in Manhattan. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2014 and has since advised entrepreneurs, property owners, and investors throughout Southern Nevada.

Her experience encompasses tenant and buyer representation, commercial leasing, site selection, acquisitions, investment sales, and 1031 exchanges across retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and land. Involvement with her family’s approximately 100,000-square-foot commercial portfolio brings an owner’s perspective to cash flow, operating expenses, financing, and long-term asset performance.

Cathey believes exceptional advisory starts with asking thoughtful questions and understanding what matters most to each client. Recognizing that no two businesses or investments are alike, she has built Elite Commercial around personalized guidance, careful evaluation, and strategic decision-making.

Today, Cathey focuses on mentoring and empowering Elite Commercial’s advisors, sharing market knowledge, supporting complex negotiations, and creating a collaborative environment in which individual team members lead their own client relationships.

In addition to founding Elite Commercial, she is an owner and Broker & License Partner of Engel & Völkers Las Vegas–Henderson, part of an internationally recognized luxury real estate network that has reported more than 1,100 locations and over 16,700 people across 35+ countries. Her broader professional relationships can help connect the team and clients with trusted professionals and resources in other markets.
