Built on Experience. Driven by Relationships.
At Elite Commercial Real Estate, we believe the right real estate strategy starts with understanding the people and businesses behind every transaction. Our advisors take time to ask thoughtful questions, understand your goals, and evaluate options that support your financial, operational, and long-term objectives.
Why Our Founder Built Elite Commercial Real Estate
Elite Commercial Real Estate grew out of Catherine “Cathey” Kuo’s experience working on multiple sides of commercial real estate. Beginning her brokerage career in Manhattan and continuing in Las Vegas, she saw firsthand how much business owners and investors rely on the quality of the advice they receive. Her own experiences as an entrepreneur, commercial property owner, landlord, and investor reinforced the same lesson: a real estate decision should support the business and the person behind it, not simply result in a completed transaction.
Over time, those perspectives shaped a clear vision for the kind of brokerage she wanted to build. Specialized commercial expertise matters. Genuine care and advocacy matter. So does the ability to think through the financial, operational, and long-term consequences of a lease, purchase, sale, or investment.
Today, that philosophy guides the broader Elite Commercial team. Each client works closely with a dedicated advisor, supported by collaborative resources and experienced leadership. We lead with questions, offer candid guidance, and work to earn relationships that last beyond the closing table.
