Pamela Rios

Originally from San Diego and raised in Las Vegas since the age of seven, Pamela Rios is a commercial real estate advisor and entrepreneur who brings firsthand business ownership experience to clients navigating the Las Vegas and Henderson commercial real estate markets. Her perspective is shaped by the challenges and opportunities of building businesses of her own.

Inspired by watching her father run his own business, Pamela developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship. She went on to study Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) before pursuing entrepreneurial ventures of her own, including founding HAUS OF BARZ and becoming the owner of The Print Lab. Through these businesses, she gained practical insight into operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and the commitment required to turn ideas into sustainable ventures.

Pamela brings this business owner’s perspective to commercial real estate, understanding that the right location must support more than immediate space requirements. She takes time to learn about a client’s vision, business priorities, and long-term plans.
